Barry Noeltner is recognized nationally in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. Mr. Noeltner is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Illinois State Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Defense Research Institute, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. His articles have appeared in various legal publications, and he has served on seminar faculties on topics including litigation and insurance law. Mr. Noeltner has taken countless cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, and has handled appellate matters in state and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He is a volunteer in the Truancy Intervention Project, representing children and families in Juvenile Court matters.
