Legal Services

The firm is actively involved in personal injury, construction and insurance coverage matters. These cases typically follow from automobile, motorcycle and trucking accidents, hazardous premises and products claims, construction defect claims, worksite injuries, erosion and siltation claims, professional negligence, and insurance coverage disputes, and have ranged in value from a few thousand dollars to over ten million dollars. Personal injury cases have included claims for wrongful death, paralysis, brain injury, and other permanent physical and mental injuries. Although most cases are local to courts in Atlanta and north central Georgia, cases are, and have been, litigated throughout the rest of the state and southeastern United States, in both state and federal courts.

Historically, we have received cases directly from individual and business clients, referrals from other lawyers, and through insurance carriers and third party administrators. We are most thankful to all of our clients for the trust they have shown in us.

Below is a partial list of Plaintiff’s personal injury cases we have handled. Similarly, we routinely defend claims of like size and complexity.

Mediation Services

With the increasing requirement of mandatory mediation, and with the steady and heavy demand for voluntary mediation, mediation services are now available.

Mediation is a useful process to consider in all types of legal disputes. In nearly all cases, mediation provides the parties with both significant cost savings as well as a decrease in the length of time the case may remain pending. Mediation also allows the parties to retain control over the outcome of the case, unlike with bench and jury trials, workers compensation hearings, or arbitration.

Rates and available dates and times for mediation may be obtained through the firm.
